- Now the customer is very much satisfied with Temposonic sensors performance and continuous position measurement that were used on other existing machines. So customer is using Temposonics on machines built for Indian Customers.

Beer Filling Machine
Customer: RPAID BEV TECH PVT. LTD. Ahemdabad

In place of Krones supplied sensor (which was start/stop output)
Main Points
- The sensor is used to measure beer level in chamber of 400mm length which consist of 32 numbers sensor supplied by Krones. Active stroke is 300mm.
- The customer wanted the more accurate sensor which used to measure the liquid level in microns as even last drop of liquid which makes much difference at end. The existing sensor was of start/stop. For better accuracy we have suggested the R-series SSI of 0.5 micron and the existing float will be used for R-series SSI. We have tested with one sensor (R-series SSI) with existing float and it is working very fine.
Mould Oscilator Application In Foundry Industries
Customer: Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd., Solapur
Main Points
- The customer was using sensor model: RHM0700MD601A01, where oil was entering into sensor and was causing the failure. To resolve the problem and fit with new sensor into cylinder the breakdown was nearly 3-4 hours which was hampering their production.
- Further we have suggested the RD4 style sensor bearing model: RD4MD3S0700MD601A01. The customer used one for first & was very successful. Now the customer has replaced all their RH-series with RD4-series. The customer is much satisfied.
Cylinder with Temposonic Sensor (built at Servocontrols) For Steel mill customer

- We have Manufactured the protection mechanism with mangent in moving piston with spherical bearings with Temposonic Sensor for Tundish Mill application.
- As the application was very crticial GT3 series bearing model: GT3M0700MD601A0 has being used.
- Hydraulic cylinder has been manufactured at our Servocontrols facility and supplied with Temposonic sensors.
Steering cylinder with Temposonic Sensor (built at Servocontrols) For crane application (mobile construction)

- We had received the cylinder with MH-series sensor from customer as it was not working & was in total dead condition.
- We have manufactured the new steer cylinder and supplied the same with MH-series sensor (bearing model: MHC0280MN15H3A01)

- Basically the customer is manufacturing of steel pipes.
- They had an application where they had the hydraulic gun welding cylinder operating with normal proximity switches. The customer wanted to make accuracy in position & also there was temperature
- So depending on the requirement we selected the GB-series sensor bearing model: GBF0260MD601A0 (now GBS) offered with hydraulic cylinder (built at Servocontrols)
